In light of the school closing, a Receiver has been appointed by the Wayne County Circuit Court. His name is Charles Bullock
Mr. Bullock has secured the student school records (including IEP’s).
In order to coordinate the transfer of a student’s records to a new school, the new school must send a written request to Mr. Bullock at cbullock@sbplclaw.com.
Mr. Bullock is unable to release records directly to students, parents, or guardians. The written request must come from your student’s new school.

All requests for records must include written authorization from the adult student, parent, or guardian.
